Thanks to Chef Iwan’s unique view of Enkhuizer’s daily supply of fresh products, you can enjoy special flavors and combinations. Together with Lajos van Wely, the flavors fly through the kitchen. You can taste the pleasure of the gentlemen in the dishes. With restaurant van Loosen we want to bring a new taste to Enkhuizen that we believe was still lacking in the beautiful flavors of the restaurants that Enkhuizen already has. With us you can enjoy delicious oysters and escargots that make your mouth water. You can also enjoy tasty vegan and vegetarian dishes in our diverse kitchen. These are all served with a delicious matching wine selected by daughter Sam who has been specially trained for this.
