Chimarera Trio speelt zaterdagavond 18 april 20.15 uur in de Zuiderkerk

The Trio’s name is derived from a figure: Chimaera, a monster from Greek mythology composed of multiple animals. She was typically depicted with the head of a lion, the body of a goat, and the tail of a snake. In Greek mythology, Chimaera was seen as an omen of misfortune: thunderstorms, shipwrecks, and natural disasters were believed to be created by her. Sufficient ingredients for an exciting evening of music!
This Chimaera Trio has performed in venues such as the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, de Vereeniging in Nijmegen, and Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, and has been heard at various festivals.
The Trio consists of the following musicians:
