Carnavalsoptocht Enkhuizen 2027

On Saturday, February 6, the annual carnival parade in Enkhuizen will take place from 1:00 PM, a parade through the city centre followed by the handing over of the key on the steps of the Stadhuis. In short, a spectacular event with a large public turnout!

De Haringhoppers are calling on everyone to join the parade. They invite associations, schools, groups of friends, and of course all the children of Enkhuizen to participate. Not only floats, but also walking groups, duos, and individuals are very welcome. By participating, you compete for beautiful trophies and cash prizes, which are made available for the most beautiful creations.

The parade starts on Saturday, February 06, 2026, at 1:00 PM from the Syngenta parking lot on the Westeinde and leads through the city centre. Following the parade, there will be a fun, renewed children’s afternoon. Parents are of course very welcome in the cosy front café of the Nieuwe Doelen.

Will you help us make it a brilliant parade and a fun afternoon again? Let your creativity run wild, but please leave the confetti and streamers at home, by order of the municipality.

The entrance for the prize-giving ceremony is free; for the children’s afternoon, which starts at three o’clock after the parade, there is an entrance fee for children.
