Ports

” Enkhuizen is the town where ships stay a day longer. Simply because there is so much to do in and around Enkhuizen. Plus, you’ll find the town center just a two-minute walk away! “

Ports in Enkhuizen

Buyshaven Enkhuizen

Watersports enthusiasts who love space, greenery and a friendly atmosphere are right at home in the Buyshaven. The coziness of the historic downtown, museums, stores and restaurants are a 10-minute walk from this beautiful harbor.

Company port

This lively and cozy harbor is located in the center of Enkhuizen, next to the Zuiderzee Museum. Due to its excellent (recreational) possibilities, the Compagnieshaven guarantees a particularly pleasant stay. Not for nothing do some 18,000 ships moor in this port every year!

Municipal ports

Near the train station, VVV and the Drommedaris are the municipal harbors. These attractive harbors are popular with both permanent berth holders and passers-by. De Oude Haven is a beautiful picturesque inland harbor. One thing the municipal harbors have in common; from the boat you step right into the historic center of Enkhuizen!

Night Register Municipal Harbor

As of May 2021, a night register will be kept in the Municipal Harbor. This means that the details of the overnight vessel and the owner/skipper must be registered. Proof of identity will also be checked. The night register is kept digitally and is done simultaneously with the payment of harbor fees via www.i-marina.eu or scan the QR code near your berth. A port employee will visit you to check your ID proof (passport or driver’s license).

Payment of port fees will therefore no longer be possible at the pay machine as of May 2021. You can still purchase or top up a SepCard at the pay machine.

You have the harbors to choose from in Enkhuizen!

The Buyshaven: tranquility, space and beautiful greenery
The Buyshaven in Enkhuizen is the second harbor of the Royal Dutch Sailing & Rowing Association. It is a quiet, sheltered and beautifully situated harbor. Its location is central to the IJsselmeer with a large number of destinations within a day’s sailing distance. The marina has brilliant new showers and toilets located near the marina office. These facilities are also very accessible for disabled water sports enthusiasts. The Buyshaven is a port with lots of greenery and plenty of tranquility. For more bustle and entertainment, a walk to the center is required. While strolling one reaches the center in about 15 minutes.

The Municipal Harbors: diverse, historic and cozy activity
At a stone’s throw from the train station, the VVV and the famous Drommedaris, you will find The Municipal Harbors, a collection of moorings where the most diverse harbor activities take place. The attractive Municipal Harbors are popular with both permanent berth holders and passers-by. The first group of visitors use boxes in the Oosterhaven. Passers-by moor in the Buitenhaven and Oude Haven, where the ships are neatly stacked. In addition to all the facilities, you can use free, secure wifi via Publicroam’s guest network. Go to publicroam.com or text HAVEN to +3197010260261. One thing the Municipal Harbors have in common: from your boat you step almost directly into the old center of Enkhuizen!

The Compagnieshaven: central and super complete
A modern marina close to the ancient center. Adjacent to the Zuiderzee Museum and a two-minute walk from the city center. That’s The Compagnieshaven, a private marina with 700 berths. The Compagnieshaven offers many facilities on the harbor premises: restaurant, mini-market, water sports store, modern showers and toilets and even a playground for young water sports enthusiasts. Even sail and engine repairs can be done on the marina’s own premises.

Mooring just outside Enkhuizen is, of course, also a possibility.

In the slightly more northern town of Andijk you will find Jachthaven Andijk. If you love peace, space and the vastness of the IJsselmeer you have come to the right place.

Just south of Enkhuizen you will find Jachthaven Broekerhaven. In this cozy, quiet association marina you are welcome to come and spend the night.

On the Markermeer in Wijdenes is Passant Port Wijdenes. You may stay in this quiet harbor for a maximum of two consecutive days. Near the harbor is a day recreation area with a small beach.
