At Tussen Twee Havens 11 in Enkhuizen is a beautiful former State warehouse designed by Ir. V.J.P. Kuffeler’s Blocq. By repurposing, the unique monument was transformed in 2019 into a food and drink room. At this historic place on the Wesfriese Omringdijk you have a magnificent view over ports, ferry services, Drommedaris and the ‘Vuurtje’. Enjoy the delicious dishes in or on the terrace of the Rijksmagazijn, but you can also go ‘to go’. Settle down on the grass, on one of the benches on the slope or take the boat to the Zuiderzee Museum, Urk or Stavoren. The tourist office and train station (with free parking behind it) are also around the corner.
