Day recreation area Enkhuizer Zand is located on the IJsselmeer. The shallow water on the sandy beach makes it ideal for children, but also an excellent kite spot. There are sunbathing and playing fields and grassland with sheltered areas. In the immediate vicinity you will find the indoor swimming pool Recreatiebad Enkhuizer Zand and walking park. Camping Enkhuizer Zand and Sprookjeswonderland is located next to the recreation area.
