Amusetour flavors around the Zuiderzee

On Friday evening, August 30, you can enjoy a delicious culinary evening in the indoor and outdoor museum. During an extensive tour by one of our enthusiastic museum teachers, you will be treated to six appetizers with vegetables, meat and fish inspired by places and dishes around the former Zuiderzee and the current IJsselmeer. Matching wines complete the dishes and guarantee a wonderful summer evening in the Zuiderzee Museum.

5:15 PM – Reception in the museum restaurant Peperhuis with first appetizer.

5:45 PM – Start tour in groups of maximum 25 people

Along the way there are appetizers with matching wines in or with:

• Café Hindeloopen (depending on the weather on the terrace or in the café)
• Coffeehouse Hoorn
• The fish smokehouse
• The yard
• Museum restaurant the Amsterdam House

9:30 PM – end of program

Total price incl. entrance, tour, appetizers and wines*: €85 pp.
