Ports in EnkhuizenThe Spuihuisje is the former lockkeeper's house, built above the passage to the Zuiderhaven on the Spui. The Spuihuisje connects the water of the Zuiderhavendijk with the IJsselmeer. The Spuihuisje contains the lifting mechanism of the lock gate to prevent the water level in the city canals from becoming too high. The Flessenscheepjesmuseum is now located in the picturesquely situated house.
